Thomas Benton Stubbs was born December 21, 1839 in Greene County, Missouri. He died January 28, 1887 in Texas County, MO. He and Mary Frances Carver married in 1865. Mary was born December 6, 1849 in Mississippi. She died May 29, 1927 in Kansas City, Missouri. Both are buried in the Stubbs Family Cemetery in Mountain Grove Missouri. They had 9 children.
